You might feel that you would like extra scans, as you are a first time mum or you have had complications in the past. The sonographer was great and talked about what they were doing and glad throughout the scan - we upgraded so that we had a movie of baby moving and it is priceless, so glad we did it. We are looking forward to welcoming you in our newly refurbished private ultrasound scan clinic located within a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate station, Nagasaki. I cannot thank the team enough at window to the womb and certainly will be back for another scan The experience was truly amazing Clean, friendly and very welcoming. Intact we was in for for around 15 minuets. We recommend that you present your caballeros to your healthcare professional whose contact details we take at the time of booking. It is often done if you are not anon if private dating scan london are pregnant or to provide reassurance in the very early stages of your pregnancy. Disappointed From the time we walked in, we were welcomed by the receptionist who was lovely and so forth coming. We got see the heart beat on both scans which is anon reassuring. Ultrasound images are black and white but colour Doppler is being used to evaluate organ blood flow and blood vessels and this is what the red and blue colours on the screen are.

Im so so disappointed with the experience. Firstly the rude receptionist called me the day before to try and move my appointment hours earlier to my time. Explaining that they may have an inspection so it will be difficult for the time I already had booked. When I explained I love out of London an it would be hard, she was very abrupt about it. Once I arrived at the appointment well... Intact we was in for for around 15 minuets. No nice atmosphere or music. I was apprehensive given the reviews and the receptionist I spoke to to book seemed really young, abrupt and quite rude. However, when I went there there was a different receptionist who was older and very pleasant and the sonographer, Joanne, was really lovely I think she was latina and she was playing some really cool lento music. So my experience was pleasant. Maybe it depends what time you go as they might have different staff on different days maybe. I went first thing on a Wednesday morning. Sad to report this was one of the most negative experiences throughout my pregnancy. The company is run by individuals who have absolutely no care for their clients. If there are no appointment available in your chosen window they will not refund your money. They led me to undertake a legal battle with them for 2 months in order to simply return my money that they could not provide a service for. This company is so terrible I can not begin to describe how stressful it is to deal with them- not what one needs while pregnant. There are plenty of companies out there on Harley street for the same price but without terms that aim to rip of the customer- so please look elsewhere!!! Second time I have used this company and they do not disappoint. Had a scan with a different company and was so unimpressed that booked a scan with hello baby a few days later. They do not rush and take their time making sure they get good pictures whilst talking you through what's going on. I really can't rate these enoughespecially as I've seen what others have to offer if you want a great scan experience you will not be disappointed. We went for the silver scan package, and the last who did the scan was very friendly and knowledgable. Many thanks I always recommend Future Babies to all my friends and colleagues as soon as I know they are pregnant. Also the quality of their scans are truly amazing! Me and my partner came here for our 14 week gender scan, katie who scanned her was brilliant let all of our family members come into the room even though it says 15 only on the website we managed to fit all 20 of us in including young kids. The scan wasn't rushed and she was very patient with us as the baby wouldn't uncross their legs. I have been here plenty of time and I never experienced or witnessed any shortfalls in care or behaviour. If taken ill I would only go to St. Thomas or die trying to get there! At no point did I feel that my pain and concerns were ignored, I highly recommend this facility. Trust me, I have OCD!!! Generally a good hospital. Midwives are usually friendly and helpful. The past few visits, I haven't had long to wait at all. I did have one bad experience which is when my child was born. We were in hospital for over a week and decided to self discharge as all checks on my child were good, my mother's instinct told me that she was perfectly fine and I felt I was losing my mind in there. Just to be clear, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my child, they kept us in to do tests for an infection as my waters had been broken for 2 days prior to giving birth - the tests were all negative. Then when we were waiting hours for our discharge papers, the nurse decided to very obviously flirt with my partner. I couldn't believe what was happening right in front of my eyes; even he seemed a bit surprised. I was so angry. What can I say. I was in here for just under 2 weeks having major surgery. I cannot put into words how lovely the staff and nurses are. I would highly recommend this hospital as they treated me so kind and nothing was to much trouble. They went out of there way to help me recover whilst in hospital. I am only couple of weeks post opp and this hospital is what hospitals should be like. They have a duty of care to the patients and fullfill every obligation. I am still on long road to recovery but baby steps for me at the moment. We were waiting 4,5 hours with 2 years old child for surgery. My son was not allowed to eat and drink from 6. So, we stayed with him without any care and drinking and eating for whole day....... There are hidden fees at every corner. I had my baby there as my NHS hospital had run out of free space and was left scrambling to find a private hospital. We kept getting bill after bill and paid double than what we had been initially quoted. Some of the staff are very competent but others are down right aggressive and border line disrespectful. The level of care there is much worst than with the NHS and you end up paying an arm and a leg for it with the finance department hounding you down even if payments are coming from insurance and have been covered. It is a far cry from what a private hospital should be like. They forgot they are private and we paid for our newborn son to be treated there. We have filed a complaint with the management team but NO ONE bothered to respond. They think they are above the law. I find it a dangerous place where they first try to put the blame on you, for a mistake they made. Happily launched into legal action threats and bullying, even when we had a proof the mistake was on their part. They treated us with so much incompetence and disrespect. If you think you will be better off here than anywhere else - think twice. This is horribly run place. Actual experience great - nice clinic, introduction good. Had ordered a NIPT. Says 7-10 days but I had to chase them on day 10 and then 11. The delay made us really worried there was something wrong with our baby. Eventually got results on day 13. Shockingly bad Appointments department who make errors after error with ineffective Management and Admin support plus totally useless complaints procedure. The real stars of the hospitals - Dr's and Nurses's jobs are being made much harder, due to many low calibre, overpaid admin and Management staff who are doing work they simply are not able to do professionally, which is no doubt costing the NHS millions in wasted time and money. This whole Hospital needs a complete overhaul to make these anonymous backroom people accountable given that it is the publics money who pay their wages. A three to four day week is the norm for admin staff here who should really be at their desks given the demand on the NHS! Someone in charge of the NHS needs to seriously look into this womans Hospital and get rid of the dead wood and start spring cleaning asap! I had my first scan at Premier Scans, the experience was so lovely. The staff were lovely and the detail we got on the scan was amazing, we were spoke too throughout the whole scan and told exactly what we were seeing and we got to hear the heart beat. After my NHS scan I could not have been happier that we had paid privately, it made all the difference and I would always do a private scan at Premier Scans in future. Sebastian Winkler was extremely thorough in his approach and was able to quickly identify the issue and recommend a course of action to remedy. I was impressed that he took the time to clearly provide a logical explanation of how his diagnosis stacked up with the manifestation of the symptoms. Sebastian Renz has been absolutely super in dealing with a recent issue. He took the time out to follow up in person to confirm that the suggested course of treatment was addressing the issue. Just wanted to take the time to leave this review because the ladies at take a peek are so fantastic. Me and my girlfriend wanted to do a gender reveal so obviously the sex of the baby had to be kept a secret. The lady that did the scan showed us our baby, then turned the screen off so she could get the sex. She then put it in two envelopes and wrapped it up for us. Really nice people, nice building and equipment and a fantastic service. It also allowed us to know 4 weeks before we would with the nhs. I really cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!!! I have been for 4 scans at this center and had 4 separate very skilled sonographers - all of which have been understanding compassionate, helpful and offered a service that far outweighed my expectations. The first scan I had was an unfortunate experience as the news wasn't positive and the lady handled the situation with such care and empathy and made the whole experience as easy as it could be under the circumstances. Understandably when I fell pregnant again I was extremely anxious and for each of the 3 scans I had and they have been so understanding and empathetic and reassuring with their approach. I really cant understand the previous negative reviews. Everything about this place is professional, from the service received as mentioned above down to the quality of the equipment, the skill of the sonographers, and the pleasant surroundings with nice specious treatment rooms and airy reception areas. I really don't understand the negative comments on here. This place from week 5 to week 35 were 100% caring supportive informed compassionate. We had a previous full term stillbirth and I was expecting our second and was understandably nervous as I was high risk. Every time we expected bad news but Cathy was beyond professional in every aspect of our sessions showing us every development in clear detail. She never hurried the session and nothing was ever a problem. She spent good quality time with us. So compared to London and especially Harley Street where we only had 30 minutes or so and cost a lot more which we did during our first, this was complete value for money and far cheaper. We had a DVD that has every bit of the pregnancy in full. Once baby was big enough we had clear 4D images for the same price. My nhs maternity unit charged 5. Cathy prides herself on getting the best images her equipment is top of the range with plenty of photos to take home with us. We now have incredible pictures of our baby's development and journey. The clinic also do harmony testing and other valuable services. Cathy and her receptionists made this time pregnant a joy instead of us being a bag of nerves. We never had a problem getting an appointment. My husband and I whole heartedly recommend this clinic marlow. Back in 2013, I was scanned at this clinic at around 13 weeks. When my results came back, they were less than favourable and showed that I had a high chance of having a premature baby. The ultrasound technician spent ages on the phone to me talking through it all and helping me make a decision about further testing and how to get a consultant involved etc. My local hospital were pretty useless and pretty much disregarded the result but offered me an amnio. My waters broke at 24 weeks and 5 days and she was born at 25 weeks. No empathy, massive communication problems! They take a £30 deposit and full price of a scan is £90!!! After the hassle and upset of having to deal with this place I went to a place in Kingsbury and paid £39 for my scan, no deposit and the care was incredible! Despite this place only being 10 minutes away I'd rather travel the extra 30 minutes and get the care that the place in kingsbury provided. I wouldn't go near this place unless you know everything is 100% ok and just want some photos for £90! I went into the Birth Company for a harmony scan and am so glad I did, the whole experience was great. When I called to ask about the test, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and immediately put me at ease. Booking the appointment was very fast and comprehensive too, great customer service all around. Dr Gibb was excellent - professional, explained everything thoroughly, and had a great bedside manner. The location is great and the facilities were very nice - bright, comfortable and relaxed. Receiving the results from my test was again a great experience, very thorough and considerate too. I would refer anyone to come here and if I need to in the future will definitely visit again. My NHS GP recommended after four months of severe asthma symptoms I needed a chest x ray so I contacted my medical insurance who happily said I could go private - so off I went after making an appointment and informed the Edinburgh Clinic my insurance was paying - they took my authorisation details and the appointment was made. I arrived early and they informed me I had to pay as they had not heard of my Medical insurance provider and acted condescending when I produced a policy number - I informed the reception that I was told it was fine but of course I could not have the x ray unless I paid and yet two slones I overhead who had an invoice misplaced did not have to pay. I was ringing the medical insurers when I was escorted to the Imaging area and the radiographer pointed me into a small room to store my clothes and provided me with a gown. I sat in the waiting area and was taken in - ten seconds later it was over- not even taken back to reception - just left to put on my clothes and as this was the first time I made my way to reception where an invoice was produced. I felt less important because they only want real large preferred clients and not felt welcomed at all. There is a lack of care. Arrogant and condescending attitute - just go to GP Plus instead or the Spire. I will never go there again. If I wanted this lack of care I would have gone NHS. The Professor and his team at The Fetal Medicine Centre offered my wife a great service with the extensive scans they provide. We had three scans at the clinic. The doctor provided a report for our NHS consultant. The Professors knowledge in the field is absolutely amazing. If people ever require evidence on his work just read one of his 1600 published papers or watch one of his documentaries. The Professor has truly devoted his life to fetal medicine. I went there for the package including viability scan, harmony test and nuchal scan. The viability scan experience was positive. When I did Nuchal scan, Dr G Leipold couldn't get the scan done initially because of the position of the baby. We understand baby's position can affect the nuchal scan. However, what we didn't like is he tapped my tummy using ultrasound probe without telling us in advance. When asked, he said he was trying to get the baby moving. I am not sure if it hurts my little baby. We thought that was a horrible way of getting my baby moving. Those tapping proved ineffective too and didn't make the baby move. Apart from that, our experiences for the harmony test and viability scan were fine. Hi, I had a local anesthetic termination of pregnancy. It went very well. First the doctors and the nurse put me at ease and gave me a lot of options, they really talked me through all the positives and negatives. Then the intervention was painful, local vacuum surgery but they were very conscious and helpful. The very same day I had awful pain, probably the fact of the anesthesia leaving the body. But I slept through and the next day all was fine, no cramps, absolutely no bleeding... Just back to my normal body. The doctor was available the night when I had cramps and wasn't sure if it was normal. He answered to me at 22. It's the worst thing to do, but if you have to, this is the best way. By far the worst service I have received and to imagine paying £200 for a consultation with someone who wont even perform the procedure and now whenever I am calling them to chase them all I am getting is the lady called Suzanne constantly being rude and making promises she cant keep and when I am asking why all I get responded with is there isn't much I can do. They offer procedures with someone they cant even get hold of or have his contact details -There is no transparency as it claims on their website or honesty just constantly being lied to. I would like to receive the service I was promised from the start and to know exactly what is going on instead of being fobbed off every time I call and to be spoken to properly as Suzanne clearly doesn't know how to speak to a customer or to provide a service and be told I don't understand why the doctor hasn't text you himself. Please provide me with the service I was told or return my money I just visited the London Ultrasound Centre this afternoon. As I have an anterior placenta in front , it was difficult to see the baby because the cord was in the way. Despite several attempts - including walking around and lightly jumping around to encourage the baby to move, it was tricky getting clear photos. That being said, we had two decent photos at the end and the ultrasound technician was very friendly and patient throughout. Just manage your own expectations and know that if you have an anterior placenta it may prove tricky to get the photo you desire. Overall, we found the team very professional and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a 4D scan in London. Absolutely world class care. Detailed scans with careful explanations, extremely sensitive with consultations given my past experiences with pregnancies and just outstanding communication with Mr R Wimalasundera who I can not praise enough for the safe delivery of my son. Yes the 'Doctors Laboratory' for blood tests is a 5-10 minute walk away but they are super efficient and the place and nurses are fabulous. Also I have had to wait a few times for appointments however would you prefer to be timed and rushed out the door if you had a concern about your pregnancy, absolutely not! Sandra at the front desk is the most organised, professional and caring person I've come across client facing. Can not recommend the LUC enough and I have a beautiful baby boy to prove it. We chose London Ultrasound centre because we had a great experience 4 years ago. Unfortunately this time around we've been really dissatisfied with the service. We've had to wait for up to 30 min for our appointments never once being on time , I've had to leave my wife waiting while I had to go back to work without even seeing the baby as there's only so much time I can get, and while the sonographers were professional, the later they run, the more rushed the scan felt. One of them lasting just 7 minutes. We didn't go private for this. While I would have recommended them a few years ago, I would not do it now. Nothing to say about the doctor that I saw today. But I'm angry about the bad staff at the reception which ruined at the end my visit Where i was literally accused of wanting fraud because I just asked to separates the invoice per 2 : 1 for consultation with the doctor and 1 for the infirmary. The receptionist was just aggressive, she just could refuse it more nicely... I really think that at this level there are improvements to do.. I had a negative experience to start with where my appointment didn't include a scan and I was still charged £250 for an unsatisfactory consultation. The clinic then called me and made up for their mistake by arranging an appointment with a doctor who was amazing and provided me with a scan that exceeded my expectations. They then called me again to make sure I was happy with the procedure, which I thought was very professional. I previously visited the clinic some time ago for an ultrasound scan and had a great experience with very friendly staff.. Their prices are very reasonable so much so that I upgraded to a full health check which was really detailed and what stood out for me was they really took their time to do the scan and answered my questions along the way which just puts your mind at ease. I highly recommended the clinic before but even more so now - thank you The Scan Clinic for all your help and will certainly look to come back should I need it but fingers crossed I don't! Displeased with the the service provided. Although the staff was friendly and welcoming, the actual service provided was very poor. I came to this clinic for an ultrasound on because of cronic pain on a part of my body. I chose to have it done with them because of the cheaper price. I regret it though. I did not feel that their knowledge was sufficient and ended up not trusting their final results. My doubts were then confirmed by the same test performed by the NHS which revealed that in fact there was a problem in my joint. The Scan Clinic may be OK for baby scans. But for anything beyond that I suggest going for specialist services who are actually qualified to assess for injuries! My scan at the Scan Clinic has been an amazing experience during my pregnancy. The staff is only lovely people kind and reliable, helping you to feel comfortable to enjoy this magic moment. Clean place with high quality equipment, with really cheap rates for a high quality service. A lot of explanation during the scan which make it very special. And the must is the beautiful picture you get at the end. Thank you to all the team! A very good experience. I went for a Well Womens check-up and received much better service than NHS. The consultants were very knowledgeable, which was a change from a check-up on the NHS. If I could make a suggestion, delivery of results could be better communicated; I did not realize the e-mails were sent in 3 waves and I was sent my lab results initially without interpretation. The interpretation of results came a few weeks later. I will return to this practice in the future. Booking an appointment was very easy and I did not have to wait very long at all. Mr Raza was very flexible, explained to me all my options and ensured I had full autonomy in my decisions. He is clearly an outstanding doctor, but also considerate and kind, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Moreover, the nurse, Junell, was clearly very qualified but also was very kind and welcoming! While it was nice to see that baby was growing well I had to wait 35 mins past my appointment time with no warning they were running late. For a pregnant lady with a full bladder that is not comfortable! The scan package I booked also included 3D images printed to take away but when I asked the sonographer for those images, she said they were not included, despite the website clearly stating they are! Overall, my advice would be pay an extra £50 and go to The Birth Company where I had my previous scans! Sometimes wanting the save money just means a sub-par experience which isn't worth it! We have just finished Joan Mill's Hypnobirthing course at the Verulam clinic and now feel so calm and prepared for the birth of our baby. The sessions are very informative and detailed, yet relaxed and not rushed. We felt able to ask questions and talk through any concerns in a safe and friendly environment. I love that the focus is on empowering the women and trusting in your body, plus how your partner can support and help you, so that you work together in a trusting partnership. Disappointed From the time we walked in, we were welcomed by the receptionist who was lovely and so forth coming. The receptionist took our payment before explaining in detail what was going to happen during the whole process. Elvie the sonographer carried out our scan and with her assistant, they both made the whole adventure and experience a lovely one for myself, my husband and my mum. Our scan lasted 11 minutes, our scan and our pictures were beautiful. We cannot wait to come back and show you our beautiful baby girl. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful, eye opening and amazing experience. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and will be back when we have our next one! This is our first scan after 10 years of trying for a baby. So it was wonderful that the staff took their time to explain everything to us. And although on our first scan they couldn't take good pictures of baby, due to the position of the placenta blocking the way, they chose for us to go back after a week for a second try. We are happy to say that we had better pictures this time round that we will treasure forever. It's very nice that we could take up to 5 family members in total. Staff very friendly made our time there enjoyable, everything was explained as the scan progressed so we were reassured that baby was well and developing as expected. We didn't want to know the sex so were told when to look away from the screens while the senographer checked the important bits! After the scan we were taken upstairs to view and choose the photos we wanted. Overall I would recommend this to anyone we have some lovely photos of our new addition in 4D, the scan room was a quiet soothing room with plenty of space for the whole family 5 of us attended.
